
I can really understand! I have had problems in all those muscles, especially that lower vastus lateralis and now IT band. I think it starts in my hip, and since I have been rolling like mad on my glute it has been loosening up my entire lower leg. So I love this picture. Thank you picture. And thank you Trigger Point roller, for creating something harder than the foam roller.

This chart is pretty cool too.

Colin thinks I am obsessed about rolling and stretching. Maybe.
