I have not ridden my bike in a long while. Maybe 3-4 rides in June/July. And my leg is showing really good progress. But I have actually been running more, with no problems.
I also did some digging, because I have always been told it's "a glute" problem, but why is it that it all seems to stem from the upper insertion of my hamstring?? Sometimes I think the "glute" has been the scapegoat of many symptoms...
I found Femoris Tendonosis. Maybe. I am not sure it would explain the IT band, but that may have arisen because I was overcompensating for hamstring soreness. I think I have a lot of scar tissue in my butt.
I will try to lower my seat. But I think I want a new bike... a TT frame.
